DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT & DATA

You can ask us to permanently delete your Daykeep (com.daykeep.game) account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email stefansjs@daykeep.co.za with the subject “Daykeep account deletion”. So we can find your account, include your in-game name and tag (e.g. Name#0421), shown on the Settings screen. If you linked an email address to your account, send the request from that address; if you signed in with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS), send it from the email on that account, or just include your in-game name and tag so we can locate the account.

What gets deleted

• Your account identifier and display name/tag.
• Any linked sign-in identifiers (Google Play Games or Game Center player ID, email address).
• Your scores and leaderboard entries.
• Your gem balance and owned items.

Purchase transaction records may be retained where we are required to keep them for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons; they are no longer linked to your profile.

How long it takes

Requests are processed within 30 days.
