DAYKEEP

These terms govern your use of Daykeep (com.daykeep.game), a daily
tower-defence game. By playing Daykeep or buying gems, you agree to these terms. If you
do not agree, do not use the game.
Daykeep is intended for players aged 13 and over. By using it you confirm you are at least 13, and that any purchase you make is permitted by the person responsible for the payment method.
Your progress, gems, and leaderboard standing are tied to a player account (see the Privacy Policy for what we store). You are responsible for keeping access to any sign-in method you link. We may suspend or remove accounts that cheat, abuse the service, or break these terms.
You can end your use of Daykeep at any time by deleting your account. The fastest way is in the game: Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT, which permanently erases your account and its data immediately. If you cannot sign in, or would rather we do it, email stefansjs@daykeep.co.za with the subject "Daykeep account deletion" and your in-game name and tag; we process emailed requests within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: your progress, scores, leaderboard entries, and any unused gems or items are forfeited, and gems are not refundable on deletion. Gems are bought through in-app billing on the platform you play on — Google Play on Android, the Apple App Store on iOS. That store processes the payment under its own terms — including its pricing, taxes, and refund process; we never receive your card or payment details. Gems are credited to your account once the store confirms the purchase. For refunds, use the store's standard refund process, or email us and we will help.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, tamper with scores or the game economy, automate play, or attempt to access other players' accounts or our systems without authorisation. We run server-side anti-cheat and may void scores, remove gems obtained improperly, or close offending accounts.
Daykeep is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
